The seam tape is a piece of unvulcanized EPDM and permanently bonds EPDM films together through activation with primer.

The seam tape is a double-sided adhesive tape and is used to join smooth EPDM membranes.
Width of the seam tape: 7.62 cm
Not suitable for Hertalan EasyCover roofing membranes. Will not adhere to textured membranes!

Processing:

Position the two sheets to be joined so that they are parallel and overlap by approximately 7.5 cm.
Fold back the upper EPDM strip
Apply a generous amount of primer to the two touching areas (ideally using an applicator).
Allow the primer to dry.
Stick seam tape onto the lower foil.
Fold the top foil over.
Remove the protective film piece by piece and press firmly onto the skin using a roller.
Cold vulcanization creates a permanent bond between the films.
