QuickPrime Plus Primer

Quickprime Plus acts as a primer for the seam tape and causes cold vulcanization of the adhesive surfaces. This creates a permanently tight bond.

The Quickprime Plus adhesive primer activates the film on the surface and leaves an adhesive layer that increases the quality of the seam connection.

Preparation:

• Stir product well before use.
• The bonding surfaces should be clean, smooth, dry and free of foreign matter.
  

Processing:

• Apply the bonding agent to the entire length of the suture area using an applicator in long back-and-forth movements with medium to heavy pressure.
• Until the surface of the film becomes uniformly dark grey without streaks or accumulations.
• Allow the coated surface to dry completely (approx. 10 min).
• Apply seam tape

Consumption:

1 LTR: 5-6m² - Sufficient for approx. 70 m of seam with a seam tape of 7.62 cm width.

Precautions:

• The primer is flammable.
• Keep away from open flames and ignition sources.
• Do not smoke during use. Store and process in a well-ventilated room.
• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
• Do not allow to enter the sewer system.
