The Spraybound X30 MP is a powerful universal contact adhesive for the construction and industrial sectors. MP stands for Multi-Purpose, meaning it is multifunctional for almost all materials except PE, PP, ESP & XPS. For bonding all types of EPDM.

Application:
The materials to be bonded must be dry, dust-free and grease-free. Carefully spray the contact adhesive onto both surfaces to be bonded from an ideal distance of 30 cm. After 3–4 minutes, bond the two substrates together and press firmly. For very porous substrates, it must be carefully checked whether there is sufficient contact between the two adhesive layers. If necessary, an additional layer should be applied.

Wann benutze ich das Nass- oder Kontaktklebeverfahren?

Wie funktionieren das Nass- oder Kontaktklebeverfahren?

Nassklebeverfahren: Kleber wird einseitig auf den gereinigten Untergrund aufgetragen. Die EPDM-Folie wird auf den nassen Kleber gelegt und von der Mitte aus nach außen gefegt, um Falten und Blasen zu vermeiden.

Kontaktklebeverfahren: Kleber wird auf beide zu verklebenden Flächen aufgetragen und muss vollständig ablüften, bevor die Oberflächen mit möglichst großem Druck zusammengefügt werden.

Sie erhalten nach dem Versand der Ware von der Spedition eine E-Mail an die beim Kauf hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse zwecks Terminauswahl für die Zustellung.

Am vereinbarten Liefertermin erfolgt die Lieferung, in einem Zeitfenster von 8 bis 16 Uhr frei Bordsteinkante. Eine persönliche Annahme der Lieferung ist erforderlich. Alternativ können Sie eine Person ihres Vertrauens eine Annahmevollmacht erteilen oder der Spedition eine Abstellgenehmigung erteilen.
