The Zettex MS60 MS-Polymer sealing adhesive is the solution-oriented answer to all challenges in indoor and outdoor bonding and sealing. As a highly developed all-rounder, this product combines the extreme adhesive strength of a mounting adhesive with the permanent flexibility of a premium joint sealant. Forget countless special products on the shelf: The MS60 replaces mounting adhesive, wood glue, silicone and PU sealants in just one cartridge.


Thanks to its modern MS polymer technology, the adhesive adheres immediately and unshakably to almost all common building materials. Whether you're fixing wooden structures in the garden, mounting metal cladding or sealing joints in concrete, the MS60 delivers consistently professional results. The solvent-free formula and official ISEGA certification also make it absolutely safe for use in sensitive areas, such as near food.

Preparation:
The substrates must be load-bearing, clean, dust-
and grease-free. A slight residual moisture on the
surface is not a problem for MS polymer.

Consumption & Coverage (290 ml cartridge):

  • Coverage:One cartridge is sufficient for approx. 6 linear metresof adhesive bead (with a standard nozzle diameter of approx. 8 mm).
  • Surface yield:With the recommended strip spacing of 10 to 20 cm, this corresponds to a treated area of approx. 1 to 1.5 m².

Wann benutze ich das Nass- oder Kontaktklebeverfahren?

Wie funktionieren das Nass- oder Kontaktklebeverfahren?

Nassklebeverfahren: Kleber wird einseitig auf den gereinigten Untergrund aufgetragen. Die EPDM-Folie wird auf den nassen Kleber gelegt und von der Mitte aus nach außen gefegt, um Falten und Blasen zu vermeiden.

Kontaktklebeverfahren: Kleber wird auf beide zu verklebenden Flächen aufgetragen und muss vollständig ablüften, bevor die Oberflächen mit möglichst großem Druck zusammengefügt werden.

Sie erhalten nach dem Versand der Ware von der Spedition eine E-Mail an die beim Kauf hinterlegte E-Mail-Adresse zwecks Terminauswahl für die Zustellung.

Am vereinbarten Liefertermin erfolgt die Lieferung, in einem Zeitfenster von 8 bis 16 Uhr frei Bordsteinkante. Eine persönliche Annahme der Lieferung ist erforderlich.
