Roof edge profile anthracite length 1.0 m

This high-quality roof edge profile, made of 0.8 mm thick aluminum, provides a practical finish for your roof edge. Dimension A = 6.5 cm and dimension B = 10 cm

Suitable for use on flat roofs and for roof sealing with plastic sheets.

Fastening: every 50-60 cm with roofing screws

Optional accessories: Wooden wedge plank, spruce/fir, kiln-dried, dimensions 5cm high, 14cm wide, length 1m (Note: Due to the drying and storage of the timber, shrinkage and slight dimensional deviations may occur.)

Installation: The metal profile is laid on the finished roof waterproofing. First, the wooden wedge-shaped board is attached to the roof sheathing, then the EPDM roofing membrane is laid up to the top edge of the wooden wedge-shaped board. Finally, the roof edge profile is installed; it can be fastened from the front or roof side using roofing screws (see also installation tips). The horizontal leg A is laid OVER the roof covering or rests on it. The sheets are laid with an 8-10 cm overlap at the joints. Corner pieces (90° outside corners) are available for this sheet.

Please note the following regarding material surfaces: The surfaces of mill-finished materials such as titanium zinc, natural aluminum, copper, and stainless steel may exhibit scratches due to the manufacturing process. These do not affect the quality, grade, or lifespan of the material. As a rule, these scratches are no longer visible from a distance of 2-3 meters or partially disappear due to oxide layer formation. For applications requiring a higher visual appearance or very short viewing distances (e.g., balcony railings), we recommend using surface-treated materials such as color-coated aluminum. This is supplied with a protective film, which must be removed before installation.

Dimensional tolerances: Due to tolerances in the raw material or manufacturing processes, the sheet metal profiles may exhibit slight dimensional deviations. These are defined as follows:

Length tolerance of 1.0 or 2.0m +/- 5mm
Leg length deviations +/- 2mm
Deviations of the bending angles +/- 3°
