Roof edge profile anthracite length 1.0 m

This high-quality roof edge profile made of 0.8 mm thick aluminum is a practical finishing touch for your roof edge. Dimensions A = 6.5 cm and B = 10 cm

Can be used on flat roofs and suitable for roof waterproofing with plastic sheets.

Fastening: every 50-60 cm with plumber screws

Accessories: Wooden wedge plank made of kiln-dried spruce/fir, dimensions 5 cm high, 14 cm wide, length 1 m (Note: Shrinkage and minor dimensional deviations may occur due to drying and storage of the timber.)

Installation: The metal profile is installed on the finished roof waterproofing. First, the wooden wedge plank is attached to the roof sheathing, then the EPDM roof waterproofing membrane is extended up to the top edge of the wooden wedge plank. Finally, the roof edge profile is installed; it can be attached to the front or roof side with sheet metal screws (see also installation tips). The horizontal leg A is installed OVER the roof covering or rests on it. The sheets are installed with an 8-10 cm overlap at the joints. Corner moldings (90° outside corners) are available for this sheet.

Please note the following regarding material surfaces: The surfaces of bright-rolled materials such as titanium zinc, natural aluminum, copper, and stainless steel may exhibit scratches due to processing. These do not affect the quality, performance, or durability of the material. These scratches are generally no longer visible from a distance of 2-3 meters or partially disappear due to the formation of an oxide layer. For more demanding visual requirements or very short viewing distances (e.g., balcony parapets, etc.), we recommend using surface-treated materials such as paint-coated aluminum. This is delivered with a protective film, which must then be removed before installation.

Dimensional tolerances: Due to tolerances in the raw material or due to manufacturing processes, sheet metal profiles may exhibit minor dimensional deviations. These are defined as follows:

Length tolerance to 1.0 or 2.0m +/- 5mm
Deviations in leg lengths +/- 2mm
Deviations of the bending angle +/- 3°
