90° inside corner for flat roof gable flashing / wooden wedge plank

Please note that colored sheet metal profiles are only color-coated on one side!

The leg length of the corner is 20cm.

The standard angle (c=70°) fits standard wooden wedge planks, measuring 5 cm high and 14 cm wide. Upon request, the angle can also be made to your specifications (-> custom-made, no returns possible).

Can be used on flat roofs and is suitable for roof waterproofing with bitumen or plastic sheets.

The metal profile is installed on the finished roof waterproofing. First, the wooden wedge plank is attached to the roof sheathing, then the roof waterproofing membrane is extended up to the top edge of the wooden wedge plank. Finally, the roof edge profile is installed; it can be attached to the front or roof side with sheet metal screws (see also installation tips). The horizontal leg A is placed OVER the roof covering or rests on it. The sheets are installed with an 8-10 cm overlap at the joints.

Material description:

Material surfaces:
The surfaces of bright-rolled materials such as titanium zinc, natural aluminum, copper, and stainless steel may exhibit scratches due to processing. These do not affect the quality, durability, or longevity of the material. These scratches are generally no longer visible from a distance of 2-3 meters or partially disappear due to the formation of an oxide layer. For more demanding visual requirements or very short viewing distances (e.g., balcony railings, etc.), we recommend using surface-treated materials such as paint-coated aluminum. This is delivered with a protective film, which must then be removed before installation.

Dimensional tolerances:
Due to tolerances in the raw material or manufacturing processes, the sheet metal profiles may exhibit minor dimensional deviations. These are defined as follows:
- Length tolerance of 1.0 or 2.0m +/- 5mm
- Deviations in leg lengths +/- 2mm
- Deviations of the bending angle +/- 3°

Material-specific information:
All of the items listed below are so-called non-ferrous metals, which means these materials do not rust.

Color-coated aluminum:
Important note: The color coating is always applied only on one side; the back of the sheets is colorless! The sheets are delivered with a protective film (some are transparent). This must be removed before installation!

Surface:
- industrially applied polyester paint coating
- no staining, visually appealing, consistent surface
- permanently weather-resistant, no peeling
- slight color fading due to UV radiation
