Easycontact S30 bonds a wide variety of materials, including wood, metal, rubber, fabric, most plastics, polyethylene, and concrete. Zettex S30 is ideal for bonds requiring high initial tack. Zettex S30 is also highly heat-resistant, and this product has an open time of several hours when protected from contamination. Some vinyls contain large amounts of plasticizers, which can migrate and reduce the adhesive's adhesion.
If in doubt, please test first!

Applications:
 Apply an even coat of S30 to both substrates, covering 80-100%. One surface should be coated horizontally and the other vertically.
The surface must be clean, dry, free of grease, oil and dust.
Easycontact S30 is touch-dry in two minutes under normal conditions. When the adhesive feels "dry to the touch," the bonding can begin.
High humidity and low temperatures mean that the S30 dries less quickly.
Once the two surfaces are brought together, apply even pressure to the part to be treated. Start in the center and work outward. A pressure roller delivers best results. Full curing takes 24 hours.

Es wäre gut gewesen eine Anleitung zur richtigen Verwendung beigelegt zu haben. Auf den Produkten steht nichts und so muss man es im Netz suchen. Die Produkte selber sind gut.

Wann nutze ich Flächenkleber und wann Anschlusskleber?

Wenn Sie keine ausreichende Auflast (Gründach, Kies o.ä.) auf der Folie haben, wird die Lagesicherung gegen Sogwirkungen mittels Flächenkleber notwendig.

Anschlusskleber wird hingegen verwendet um den Randbereich, Kanten und Nahtstellen zu verkleben. (Kontaktkleber)

Wann benutze ich das Nass- oder Kontaktklebeverfahren?

Nassklebeverfahren: Wird verwendet, wenn eine hohe Anfangshaftung nicht erforderlich ist und der Kleber Zeit zum Trocknen hat, z. B. Holz und Beton

Kontaktklebeverfahren: Wird verwendet, wenn eine sofort starke Haftung erforderlich ist. (z. B. beim Verkleben der Attika)

Wie funktionieren das Nass- oder Kontaktklebeverfahren?

Nassklebeverfahren: Kleber wird einseitig auf den gereinigten Untergrund aufgetragen. Die EPDM-Folie wird auf den nassen Kleber gelegt und von der Mitte aus nach außen gefegt, um Falten und Blasen zu vermeiden.

Kontaktklebeverfahren: Kleber wird auf beide zu verklebenden Flächen aufgetragen und muss vollständig ablüften, bevor die Oberflächen mit möglichst großem Druck zusammengefügt werden.

Welche Vorteile bietet wasserbasierter Kleber?

Unser wasserbasierte Kleber ist leicht anwendbar. Es sind keine umweltschädlichen Stoffe enthalten.

Er ist frei von Lösungsmitteln, weshalb keine Brandgefahr besteht.
