Elevate RubberGar EPDM 1.52mm is a synthetic, single-layer rubber roofing membrane for flat and slightly pitched roofs of commercial, industrial and residential buildings. It is characterized by excellent durability, resistance and adaptability to current and future building requirements.

Description
The Elevate RubberGard EPDM LSFR (Low Slope Fire Retardant) membrane is a 100% vulcanized roofing membrane made from a synthetic rubber (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer). The LSFR roofing membrane is made from two equal layers with good fire behavior.

Preparation
The supporting deck must be able to support the temporary load during installation. The substrate must be dry, clean, smooth, free from sharp edges, loose or foreign objects, oil, grease and other substances that can damage the roofing membrane. All holes in the substrate with a diameter of more than 5 mm must be carefully filled with an approved filling material.

Before joining seams or final fixing, allow the membrane to relax for at least 30 minutes. Refer to the Elevate RubberGard EPDM Installation Guide for further instructions. Coverage The dimensions of the membrane are calculated to cover the substrate, including seam overlaps (min. 100mm for standard seams - 200mm for mechanically fastened seams) and upstands. For ease of installation, allow an additional length of 150mm at risers

• Contact with mineral and vegetable oils, petroleum-based products, hot bitumen and fats must be avoided.

Ebenfalls sollte der Untergrund frostfrei, trocken und frei von Staub und Schmutz sein.

Gängige Untergrundmateriealien sind Holz, Beton und Metall.

Muss ich eine externe Firma zur Installation beauftragen?
